Luke started life as a professional singer in 2007, having been in both original and cover bands since the age of 18, born from his A-level qualification in Music. Based both in the UK and overseas/at sea, Luke has extensive experience from over 1500+ live gigs, hundreds of studio sessions both for writers and producers all over the UK and for his own music, and has also appeared in musical theatre shows gaining professional credits in both UK and USA. Luke has a distinctiveness to his voice, but also the ability to adapt to sing in many styles, from Jazz to Rock, Pop, Soul, Swing and is also an accomplished rapper.
Luke’s voice is extremely durable having being trained by a record label endorsed and Sennheiser sponsored vocal coach with international Top 40 clients. This has given Luke the ability to stand rigorous singing workloads, including having recently finished a 4 month cruise contract singing 6×45 minute sets 7 nights a week, a 6 night a week contract in Dubai, and a 6 night a week contract at a luxury 5 star Red Sea resort.
Luke treats his voice with massive respect and always warms up and warms down, and understands how to get the best from his voice for any given task.
Luke has good movement ability gained from his background in theatre, meaning that he is at home both working with choreography and also has a big natural personality and confidence on stage for free-styling. Luke also plays keyboard and piano and can be seen doing so in his UK based wedding band, Le Beat.
Luke is a very amicable, extremely fair and honest person who gets on well with people and likes to work with like minded people. Motivated and driven, Luke is always striving towards achieving great things.
