Jack has been a professional musician since 2016 and has played with some of the Northwest’s top function bands. Jack’s lifestyle is based solely around music and when he’s not out performing, he’s teaching music, and the desire to get his students to reach their full potential transfers across to his music making in his desire to be the best musician he can be and to make the ensemble he’s playing with sound as good as they possibly can.
As band leader he will be keeping an eye on everything to do with sound, so always feel free to talk with him and let him know if there’s anything he can do to make your special night even better!
Kieran’s musical ability runs in the family. Being surrounded by musicians, Kieran began playing drums at a very young age. Throughout the years, his musical development was marked by a variety of styles including a formative mentoring by Phil Collin’s collaborator and Jazz doctorate, Adam Shilton. Kieran’s knowledge and experience allows him to bring his own flare to our most beloved pop/rock hits, elevating the energy of the whole repertoire. His joy for music is contagious and his enthusiasm for performing is second to none.
Matt is a versatile bassist with experience in various bands. An avid listener of all types of music, and particularly classic rock. He is actively involved in the Mancunian music scene, and relishes the opportunity to play music in any setting.
Manager of the band, Ai is the organisational powerhouse behind the scenes of Over The Top. From coordinating schedules to liaising with venues, managing bookings, and handling financial matters, she is the go-to person for all logistical aspects of the band’s journey. With a background in events management and a deep passion for music, she will do her best to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Ai has been singing professionally since 2016 both performing live and as a recording artist. Her versatile ability allows her to both front energetic bands and perform in intimate events.
We have a vast and eclectic setlist to cater for different clients’ taste and we regularly add new songs to this repertoire. Adding to this, we can include strings, pianos, and horns on tracks for a fuller sound with a minimal line-up as well as both female and male lead vocals and lush harmonies.
We’re open to discuss with you your selection of favourite songs from our repertoire to make sure we provide your event with the desired vibe.
And if you’re getting married, we’re happy to learn your first dance song!
